"The City of New Castle has had a great experience with IPEP. They have always been very helpful to us. When I applied for the Safety Grant, we were in need of some new safety equipment. We were very excited to find out that we were awarded the money. The money will help our EMS department with Body Armor Vest, and our other departments with street barricades, safety glasses, safety signage and reflective jackets. We are very excited to be apart of this."
